In Valdivia, Chile, thirty-five-year-old vegetarian Sofia embarks on a self-imposed digital fast to reset her life following a recent separation. Her search for peace quickly unravels when her father abruptly walks out on her mother after thirty-five years of marriage, her sister returns from Europe to disrupt the household, and her children develop an obsession with eating meat.
