Battle Royale

In a dystopian Japan gripped by societal collapse, the government enacts the Millennial Reform Act, sending an unruly junior high class to an isolated island for an annual survival game. Fitted with explosive collars and assigned random weapons, the students are forced to kill one another until a single victor remains, leaving Shuya Nanahara and classmate Noriko Nakagawa to navigate deadly betrayals and resist the brutal program.
