A postmodern novel with a complex structure. This novel is one of the standout works in the history of Iranian fiction.
Mahdi Ghadyani on Ketabrah Mr. Reza Ghassemi is one of my favorite authors; his imagery is wonderfully beautiful and precise. This novel is truly delightful.
مریم م.م.ف on Ketabrah This work is a masterpiece of modern literary narrative and, from a semiotic perspective, stands shoulder to shoulder with many of the century's modern masterworks, such as Marcel Proust's seven volumes... In fact, there is a tremendous void for such writings in Iranian literature. If anyone struggles to connect with this book, they should first read Greimas's 'De l'imperfection' translated by Dr. Shairi, and then they will clearly be able to appreciate this literary masterpiece.
