When an adolescent burglar attempts to rob a ninety-three-year-old retired schoolteacher in her Buenos Aires apartment, she manages to trap him inside the bathroom. Over the course of four days, she refuses to let him out, subjecting him to a relentless monologue spanning family grievances, forgotten history, and class resentment.
