• Surreal yet incredibly lifelike, 'The Grand Budapest Hotel' succeeds from the first to the very last fantastic camera shot, delivering uniquely stylish entertainment of the highest order. In one word: wonderful!

• The hyper-colorful pink pastry box tied with a light blue ribbon for the three-tiered pastry named 'Courtesan', the boy holding an apple in the Renaissance portrait serving as an easily recognizable icon of beauty, nobility, and forbidden fruit (temptation and desire)—everything that met the eye stimulated longing and carried an alluringly venomous charm.

• There is no need to list the magnificent cast one by one or explain them at length. But of course, we cannot fail to mention 'Zero', brightly shining within this cast, played by Tony Revolori. And, naturally, a flawless Fiennes. Definitely don't miss this film whose every scene deserves to be watched again and again. A delightful cinematic feast.

• Ralph Fiennes performance has been frequently lauded, considered perhaps the best performance in a Wes Anderson film. While he doesn’t have the emotional weight of Bill Murray in The Life Aquatic or Gene Hackman in The Royal Tenenbaums, he certainly has the gravitas for it. Fiennes delivers a bitingly deadpan performance, balancing his composure from proper to explosive with captivating precision.

• The most exceptional thing about this film is the camera work and visual design; every scene looks like a meticulously painted picture, a hilarious staging reminiscent of silent films and classic animated shorts, even the screen becomes square when the plot unfolds in the 1930s.
