Director Anne Claire Poirier examines the circumstances leading to the murder of her twenty-six-year-old daughter, Yanne, who struggled with drug addiction in Montreal. Through archival family footage and conversations with street workers, prostitutes, and people living with addiction and HIV, Poirier documents the street-level realities of the city while confronting her own grief.
