I confess that, being a Brazilian production, I started watching with preconceptions about what it would be, and I was proven completely wrong. I was surprised by the quality; the subtle way they addressed the themes surrounding our reality and the directions taken by young people facing these paths was incredible.
Anderson C. on AdoroCinema The series really brings a more realistic vision of life in the favela, showing the challenges and opportunities within music, religion, and crime. The way the protagonists' storylines intersect makes everything even more captivating. Definitely worth watching.
