The History of the Pink Trunk

In 1945 Bogotá, an unclaimed pink trunk arrives at the central railway station addressed to a nonexistent priest. When rail workers open it, they find the body of an unidentified girl. Detective Mariano Corzo takes the homicide case, but sensationalist reporter Hipólito Gleason publishes leaked details to drive newspaper sales. Corzo works through leads in local boarding houses and a neighborhood café while trying to prevent corrupt colleagues from sabotaging the investigation.
