As for the telenovela, I find it brilliant, with a sense of meta-reality that I love. Pablo Illanes is one of the country's best screenwriters, and this series undoubtedly crowns him once again. I love how he develops the semiotics and aesthetics of his stories.
Blanco!! on teleserieschilenas.cl He has just confirmed his standing following the premiere of "¿Dónde está Elisa?", a bold, original, and thrilling suspense telenovela that crowns the rising quality of TVN's unstoppable nocturnal dramas—perhaps the best unsubsidized television produced in the decade. Without detracting from the actors' work and the efficient directing, the screenplay takes center stage and earns all the applause here.
Jean Pierre Fica B. on Fotech.cl The telenovela is entertaining, realistic, and fast-paced, constantly offering fresh reasons to suspect different characters or invent theories about what happened. Kidnapping? Runaway? Revenge? Any of these are possible, and that is the show's greatest appeal, along with uncovering the culprits.
