Alarm for Cobra 11 – The Highway Police

• This series is brilliant, always packed with just as much action and great stories around the characters—humor, love, emotion. Can't wait for the next season!

• The first six seasons are by far the best, still realistic, with Mark Keller playing Inspector André Fux—charismatic, athletic, and forming the best duo with Semir. Everything that makes the show's charm is there: action, pursuits, fights, theme music... The best seasons!

• The action is at its peak, Semir feels much more human, and the handheld camerawork delivers far more realistic stunts alongside pure action. The fight choreography is also more realistic overall. The stunts are certainly much harder to pull off, but that is precisely what makes them sensational.

• Over time, the chemistry between the actors makes the episodes very enjoyable, along with the oversized explosions that define the series' charm. Several supporting characters are far from negligible, quite the contrary. I think of their occasionally dishonest pal Schröder, or conspiracy theorist Oliver Sturm.

• I don't know about you, but when it comes to non-English foreign series, I largely prefer German shows. Alerte Cobra is among the very best. Every time I watch it, there is a touch of nostalgia and I eagerly await new episodes. In short, a superb series.
