India: A Love Story

Maya Meetha belongs to a traditional merchant family in Rajasthan and falls in love with Bahuan, an educated Dalit man. When caste customs prevent their marriage, her parents arrange a union with Raj Ananda, who is still attached to his Brazilian girlfriend. After marrying Raj, Maya conceals the paternity of her newborn son while the couple builds a life together between Jaipur and Rio de Janeiro.
